Navy Seal to Warrior Princess- A True Transgender Movement

Christopher Beck had been an active part of the Elite Special Forces as a Navy Seal for over 20 years and retired as a Senior Chief in 2011.  After fighting for everyone else's life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, Beck was finally ready to live life in true happiness, as a transgendered woman.

Beck had been hiding her true identity since grade school. She made a conscious decision to wait until she was done serving her time to come out as Kristin Beck in 2013, a year and a half after she retired from the military.

Beck knew that she would be ridiculed no matter when she decided to show her true identity and was definitely correct in that assumption. It is such a shame that someone who fought for our lives now had to fear for her own life every day. Many people are in support of Beck's life change but others are not, and unfortunately are not keeping their feelings to themselves. We hope that more people will be in support of her decision to follow her heart, because at the end of the day that is the best chance we have at true happiness.

CNN has done a documentary on Kristin Beck's new journey as a transgender woman. The film is called, "Lady Valor: The Kristin Beck Story". This documentary shows us what life was like as Christopher Beck, and how she transitioned into Kristin Beck. There are also exclusive interview's with Beck and her family, and of course their reaction to this shocking news.

"Lady Valor" will give you a true inside look on Beck's journey from Christopher to Kristin, and how she managed to keep her secret safe for so long. Don't miss this uplifting story. "Lady Valor" will premier on CNN on September 4th 9/11 PM EST.

It is now Beck's time to live a fulfilling, prosperous life as her true self,  Kristin Beck.

  1. I had the pleasure of meeting Kristen last year at Fantasia Fair in Provincetown. It was my first time out en femme. I was ordering a drink and Kristen came up and started talking to me.Maybe she could tell I was nervous but we chatted for a minute and I felt very comfortable. She complimented my makeup and said I looked good which made my night.

  2. Wow that is very cool!! Thanks for sharing :)

  3. Warrior Princess says it all. !00% all the way. From the Navy to the Army we all deserve to be ourselves.

  4. All the best Kristen and thank you for your service.
